Kuymak – A Dessert With Flour And Sugar

Ingredients

  • 4 spoons of flour
  • 2 spoons of clarified butter
  • 6 spoons of sugar
  • 4 glasses of water
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Heat clarified butter. Add flour in it and blend it continuously. fry it until flour takes a pink colour. Then add sugar and 4 glasses of water and cook it. Pour it in bowls. Heat clarified butter and pour it lightly over them. sprinkle cinnamon and ground pistachio. Serve hot. Traditionally, it’s served to the guest who visit a woman recovering from child-birth.
